The room was super clean. The toilet included a handheld bidet sprayer. The design throughout the hotel struck me as amazing. Staff members were cute and professional at all times, I liked that.
Sauna and jacuzzi use required an extra payment. That was unexpected.

The staff was very friendly and warm from reception to the restaurant. Olga and John. Our room was the maisonette private pool. It was two floors and spacious.
The location is near a busy road, which creates some noise and traffic sounds at night.

The hotel is a fifteen minute walk into town, however the walk back involves an uphill climb. The views from the hotel offer a beautiful panorama. You must go downhill to the port and little venice.

The hotel staff is very attentive and accommodating to guests' needs. The staff consistently checked on us through WhatsApp. They organized requests quickly and efficiently. No question was too big of an ask.

The staff was amazing. They was so nice throughout my visit. I was impressed with the hotel's beautiful design and attention to detail. The included breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The food was AMAZING!!!
